These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Edit.MasterYT website (the "Site") and the purchase of any digital products from it. The Site is owned and operated by PRAVIN VISHWANATH BUGE ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Site with the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase.

2. Products and pricing

All products listed are digital downloadable assets. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers. By completing checkout, you authorise us to charge the listed amount through your selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Upon successful payment confirmation, an email containing the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout, typically within 60 seconds. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact support.

5. License grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime commercial license to use the purchased assets in unlimited personal and client projects. You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the original files in any form.
• Upload the original asset files to public template marketplaces or torrent networks.
• Claim authorship of the original templates.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, video previews, and source files — is the property of PRAVIN VISHWANATH BUGE and protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall PRAVIN VISHWANATH BUGE be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the products or the Site. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
